    Employees can usually access an appointment within one business day, ensuring timely support following difficult workplace situations or periods of heightened stress.

    Confidential sessions

    All sessions are completely confidential and delivered by qualified practitioners with experience in human services. No identifying information is shared with employers.

    Our fee structure is credit-based to offer different supports for different circumstances.

    30-Minute '1 problem' sessions

    Brief solution-focused conversations designed to help clients debrief around a specific issue.

    60-Minute counselling sessions

    Users may access up to 3 counselling sessions where deeper support is needed.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - Applied & Low Intensity

    Core contribution: The foundation for understanding how thoughts, emotions and behaviours interact, particularly during periods of stress, workload pressure or difficult client interactions. 

     

    • Managing stress associated with compliance requirements, KPIs and performance expectations
    • Navigating difficult or confrontational client interactions
    • Addressing self-doubt
    • Managing rumination or emotional carry-over from difficult work situations
    • Preventing patterns of overworking, avoidance or emotional withdrawal
  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) - Psychological Flexibility

    Core contribution: The ability to remain engaged in meaningful work even when discomfort, uncertainty or difficult emotions are present.

     

    • Maintaining professional engagement when working with clients experiencing complex disadvantage
    • Managing frustration when client progress is slow or outcomes are uncertain
    • Coping with the emotional demands of supporting vulnerable individuals
    • Maintaining motivation and purpose within a target-driven service environment
    • Strengthening professional boundaries while maintaining empathy
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) – Small Steps & Momentum

    Core contribution: Identifying strengths, recognising progress, and building practical next steps rather than becoming stuck analysing problems.

     

    • Debriefing after difficult client appointments
    • Regaining confidence following challenging workplace situations
    • Managing feelings of overwhelm during periods of high workload
    • Clarifying practical next steps when workplace pressures feel complex or unclear
    • Strengthening professional confidence and sense of capability
  • Pay-as-you-go

    3 credits or 100 credits? It’s your choice. Credits last for 12 months, you can top up any time and they include monthly usage reporting.
